The Orizon Analytics Feature Requests and Feedback Portal is designed solely for users to submit ideas, suggestions, and technical feedback for future product development.

1. Not Investment Advice: The submission of a feature request or feedback does not constitute a request for, or the provision of, investment advice. Do not submit any personal financial information, specific investment recommendations, or requests for advice regarding securities. All requests and comments are reviewed solely for product improvement purposes.

2. Testimonials and Endorsements: Any comments, votes, or public descriptions of your experience with Orizon Analytics on this portal (collectively, "Feedback") may be deemed an endorsement or testimonial under the SEC's Marketing Rule.

By submitting Feedback or voting on features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You may be identified publicly by your username or display name alongside your Feedback.

  • No client who provides Feedback has been compensated, directly or indirectly, in cash or non-cash form, for their comments, votes, or submissions.

  • Orizon Analytics has a conflict of interest in that it is incentivized to display positive feedback to encourage user engagement and client retention.
